When you navigate to the competition page in Eazi-SEO you will be able to see the top keywords that competitor ranks for:

This is fantastic to spy on your competitors and see if you can glean any keyword insights/opportunities from their results.

However, this list is not an exhaustive list of every keyword they rank for; that would be almost impossible to track.

Instead, it is a list of their most popular keywords (most searched for) so you'll get the insights from those phrases that are actually sending traffic to their websites!
