How do I respond to a review on my Google My Business listing?
Ensuring that all reviews you receive are responded to will help to show your potential customers you listen to feedback.
You
1. Head to the review section of Eazi-SEO Local
2a. You will see a snap shot of all reviews that are missing a response at the top of the page;
2b. You can also filter the reviews by ones that have no response by using the filter box on the left hand side of the page;
3. Scroll to the review you want to respond to and click on the text "Respond to this review"
4. Enter your response in the text box and click on Post Response
5. You can also delete and update any responses you have left;
