Review Pro

Consumers are always influenced by business reviews when making a purchasing decision or even deciding to download an app. That’s why we have launched the Review Pro feature enabling you to request reviews from users of the business application. This is a great way to help increase sales for any business!

There are 2 ways you can help a business collect reviews; 1. App store reviews 2. In-app reviews

Note: A republish is required if your app was published before the 12th of December 2021. You can however test out the functionality using the Preview App.

App Store Reviews

With app store reviews, you can encourage users to leave a review directly on the app stores.

Here is a quick description of the 6 points displayed in the screenshot above:

1. You can enable test mode when setting this up for the first time.
2. Check this box to enable live app store reviews.
3. Add a catchy title that will display in the review popup.
4. Add a description that will display in the review popup.
5. Decide the number of days after installation when you want to ask for a review.
6. Decide how often you want to remind user to ask for a review

Note: please make sure you add the app store URLS in the CMS > Promote section.

In-App Reviews

With in app reviews, you can encourage users to leave a review in the app.

Here is a quick description of the 8 points displayed in the screenshot above:

1. Check this box to enable custom reviews.
2. Check this box if you want to ask users for a review more than once.
3. Add a catchy title that will display in the review popup.
4. Add a description that will display in the review popup.
5. Check this box if you ant to enable star ratings.
6. Check this box if you want the app user to leave a written review.
7. Check this box is you want reviews to be displayed within the app.
8. Add the email address that you would like all reviews to be sent to.

The app admin can also leave a reply to any review by launching the feature and going to ‘Reviews’.
