How to cancel pending orders?

You can cancel orders should you need to, such as if a customer backs out of purchasing.

  1. Go to Sales & Success Center > Orders
    • These can also be accessed from Sales & Success Center > Accounts > Account name > Orders Section
  2. Click on the Order ID
  3. Click Cancel Order
  1. Optional–Enter cancellation notes
  2. Click Request Cancellation
  3. This submits the order for cancellation. An admin can then approve or decline the cancellation
