Recent Activity in Sales & Success Center

Whenever a prospect has had an activity that increases their hotness rating, their account will be highlighted in Sales & Success Center until the assigned salesperson views that activity—similar to an unread email.

When an activity is unread, a red dot will appear beside the account.

There are also various filters you can use on the left-hand menu to streamline what you are searching for, along with a search bar for quick account access.
