BCC to CRM: Save emails in Sales & Success Center

Your can now save a copy of the emails they send and receive via email programs like Gmail and Outlook. This update allows you to view your email communications from directly within Sales & Success Center without all the hassle of copying and pasting content.

Logging sent emails

There are two ways you can log their sent emails:

• Select the contact’s email address within the Sales & Success Center—this will launch an email program and automatically pre-fill sent@mail.snapshotreport.biz in the BCC field.
• From an email program, type sent@mail.snapshotreport.biz in the BCC field.

Logging received emails

You can also log your received emails by forwarding their prospects’ emails to received@mail.snapshotreport.biz.

Sales activities

Upon sending the email, a sales activity will be added to all accounts in that market where the recipient’s email address exactly matches that of contact.

The sales activity will include the unformatted content of the sent email. You may edit that sales activity as needed.

All sales activities for received emails will automatically be marked as  Connected.
