How to add your booking link to the home screen on iPhone

Now that you have the ability to give your clients a quick and easy way to book a meeting with you, how do you get that link into their hands? We understand that as a partner, your day is often spent on your phone, away from your desk, so logging in to Sales & Success Center to grab that booking link may not be an easily accessible option.

That’s where adding those links to your phone’s home screen can help. Creating a bookmark on your home screen gives you a one-tap portal to accessing your link, allowing you to share it with your client via either email, text, or any other chat service. It’s easy to set up, let's take a look.

How to access your meeting scheduler link

  1. Launch Safari on your iPhone

    1. Tap the share button 
    2. Scroll through the list of actions, and tap add to the home screen. (If you don’t see the action, scroll to the bottom and tap edit actions, then tap add next to the add to home screen action. You should be able to select it from the share sheet
    3. Feel free to rename the site link. This will appear beneath the icon on your home screen. 
    4. Tap Add
    5. You’ll now see the new shortcut appear in the next available space on your device’s home screen. With this shortcut, you can now quickly access your meeting link and share it with your clients, allowing them to easily book a meeting with you.
