Sales & Success Center: Account health

Account health provides insight into which accounts need a bit of extra effort to increase the likelihood of closing a sale and reducing churn. You can set the health of an account in the Sales and Success Center.

Why does it matter?

It's important to track your relationship with an account. Previously, you had to rely on memory or leave detailed notes on the account to track this. Now, this is clearly visible, allowing them to more easily keep track of the health of the relationship with the account.

How does it work?

  1. Log in to Sales & Success Center.
  2. Click on an account.
  3. Click the heart rating for the account. This is on a scale of 1 to 5.
  4. Optional – Enter a reason for the account's health.
    • We strongly recommend using this field so that it's obvious when viewing an account why you've set health the way you have.
