App Login (Classic CMS)
The App Login feature can be used to ensure that the end-users are registered in order to take advantage of the services you have added to the App.
This allows you or your client to create two tiers of users, hiding either all features of the app or specific features behind a login.
You can choose to lock specific features (as shown in Image.1 below). In the image you can see that only the "Contact", "Marketing Funnel" and "Places" features are locked, the other features would be available for guest accounts to use on the app:
You can choose to lock the entire app, hiding all content from guest users until they create an account (Please see Image.2 below):
By selecting "No" for "Allow all the users by default" (see Image.3 below), you can force users to submit an access request before allowing them access to the app (or specific features). This allows you or your client to vet all users. (Please see the image below).
A use case scenario could include:
- An app that contains sensitive material
- An app that requires a 3rd party identity verification process prior to granting access
- An app that requires users to agree to a subscription before allowing them to access the app.
