Commercepro Product Import (Classic CMS)

To import products using the Commercepro feature, click on settings and choose the "import data" option.

You will be able to download the sample file once the page has loaded completely.

The sample file provided will include some example data. This data will help you familiarize yourself with the format and structure of the file.

Please keep the fields like category_id, tax_ID, and store_ID empty, as the feature currently lacks category, tax, and store ID information. However, you can add the category ID if you have created store categories within the feature.

You can link the imported products with the relevant category on a case-by-case basis.

Once your Excel file is ready, you can upload it by selecting "choose file".

You can make a selection of the store to which you intend to import the products by clicking on the "Choose Store" option. It's important to keep in mind that this step is not mandatory and can be skipped.

Please note that choosing a tax rate before importing the file is necessary. The tax can be created from the settings section.

You can also allow duplicate entries by enabling the following option:

Once all steps are completed, you can click on "Import file now" to complete the process.
