In our commitment to better support our licensee partners and their branding strategies, you can access a non-branded Sales and Success Center (SSC) and Business Center. This update is designed to offer a more cohesive brand experience for licensees and their clients.


What are the benefits?


We've listened to feedback indicating that the presence of FullPivot or Eazi-Apps logos in email campaigns and the association of our brand with the licensee's customer interactions do not align well with the individual branding strategies of our licensees, especially those operating in different countries. Recognising these challenges, we've implemented changes to enhance brand consistency and autonomy for our licensees.


Key Enhancements:


  • Non-Branded Access: Licensees can now access the Sales and Success Center through sales.cmslogin.io. This ensures that email campaigns activated via the SSC will not display any Eazi-Apps or FullPivot logos, maintaining the licensee's brand integrity.
  • Generic Email Footers: We've updated email footers to feature generic details, moving away from displaying our head office addresses. This adjustment allows licensees to better align their email communications with their local business strategies.
  • Brand-Neutral Business Center: Clients of licensees can log into the Business Center through business.cmslogin.io. This change eliminates direct association with the FullPivot or Eazi-Apps domains, providing a neutral platform for licensees to serve their customers under their own brand.
  • Unbranded Promotional Materials: All promotional brochures available via email campaigns and the Business Center store are now non-branded, allowing for a seamless integration with the licensee's marketing materials.

A: Transferring prospects directly is not feasible; a fresh start in the non-branded center is required.


Q: What should I do with existing paying clients in my current dashboard?

A: You'll need to cancel any active products and reorder them for your clients on the non-branded dashboard. Your client will require an invite to the new Business Center.


Q: Are there any extra costs for switching to the non-branded dashboard?

A: There are no additional charges if your current subscription or license already includes the Sales and Success Center.


Q: What is the cost for accessing the Sales and Success Center if it's not included in my license?

A: The fee is £30/month, which includes five snapshot reports each month.


Q: Is it possible to send email campaigns to a large contact list at once?

A: Email campaigns are designed to target one business per activation. It's advisable to inform recipients prior to sending.


Q: Can I design custom email campaign sequences?

A: Our platform provides pre-designed email campaigns for immediate use, and currently does not support custom campaign creation. We welcome your suggestions for future campaigns, so please feel free to share your ideas with us.
