Features that don't work in a PWA

Here are some features that don't work in a PWA.

Push notifications

The push notification feature doesn't work in a PWA. To send push notifications within a PWA, you can use the "PWA push sender".

Invite a Friend

Invite a friend feature is one of the few features that can't work in a PWA.

Features requiring access to the device's camera

PWAs are not compatible with any feature that requires access to the camera of the device in order to perform a specific task. For instance, within a PWA, you cannot scan a QR code from an Eventspro-generated ticket.

Push notification option in the App Manager

The app manager feature allows the admin to send push notifications from the app. This functionality is not available in a PWA.

Automatic push notifications for certain features

Automatic push notifications don't work in a PWA for features like Appointmentpro, Foodprint, and Journals.
