When you access the 'Accounts' section, you'll find all your prospects displayed in the right pane, and you have the option to efficiently filter them using our filter tool. As you expand your prospect list, the filter tool enables you to pinpoint specific prospects that match your search criteria swiftly.

Clearly define the characteristics of your ideal customer, including industry, company size, location, and specific needs. This will help you target prospects who are most likely to benefit from your services. Furthermore, divide your prospect list into segments based on criteria like industry, geographic location, or specific services they may need.

Tips for Success:

  1. Before initiating any email campaigns or outbound marketing to a prospect, be sure to identify the decision maker and obtain their direct contact information.
  2. The email addresses of the contacts you associate to any prospect should be the person's direct email address and not a generic email address such ‘info@’.
  3. Validate the correctness of the business contact information with your prospect to prevent inaccurate results in the Snapshot report, which will be discussed later in this manual.
