Non-Branded App CMS and Adding Users

Depending on your licence, your access to the Mobile App CMS is via our primary domain Eazi-Apps, or FullPivot. We have now created a new non-branded domain: https://apps.cmslogin.io

This new domain aligns with the new non-branded Sales and Success Center. You can log in to this domain using your Eazi-Apps or FullPivot credentials, granting access to all your apps.

To setup customer or employee access, use the Eazi-Apps domain. After adding a new user and selecting their accessible app(s), simply share the new domain URL (https://apps.cmslogin.io) along with their username and password. See the table below for a clearer overview:

Why have we done this?

Some licensees operate under their own brand, and this non-branded version aligns better with their strategy.
Following the release of the non-branded SSC and Business Center under the same cmslogin.io domain, this can provide a more seamless experience for your customers.
Licensees may not want their employees to access the app CMS via Eazi-Apps or FullPivot.

Questions and Answers

Q: Can I use my current Eazi-Apps or FullPivot login credentials to access the new domain?

A: Yes, you can use your existing login credentials to access the new domain. All your apps will remain accessible.

Q: How do I set up user access for employees or customers?

A: User access is managed exclusively through the Eazi-Apps domain (https://cms.eazi-apps.com). After adding a new user and selecting their accessible app(s), you can share the new domain URL (https://apps.cmslogin.io) along with their username and password.

Q: What about my PWAs with the new domain?

A: Published PWA links shared from your FullPivot or Eazi-Apps domain will still function. Going forward, you can publish new PWAs using the new cmslogin.io URL.

Q: Should I provide new WebApp/PWA links or republish for my customers under this new domain?

A: The decision to provide new WebApp links or republish PWAs under the new domain is entirely up to you and depends on your strategy. You do not need to rebuild the app.

Q: Can I set up the App CMS under my own domain?

A: Yes, you can set up the App CMS under your own domain through the Eazi-Apps domain. Contact support if you're interested in exploring this option.

Q: What other solutions will be available via this new domain?

A: Currently, the SSC (and Business Center for your clients), and the Apps CMS are accessible via the cmslogin.io domain. Soon, the SEO platform and the website development platform will also be available on this domain.
